Returns & refunds
If you’re not completely happy with the design, print and quality of your custom word print, we’ll issue you a replacement for free.
In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, we’ll always offer to refund or replace it. You should let us know straight away and provide photos of the damaged print and its original packaging. To make a return, please email email@example.com quoting your order number and stating the reason for the return. Once we receive notification of your return, we’ll then give you instructions on how to return your order. Please note that items must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund or replace as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, although they can take up to 28 days.
