Delivery prices
At mytype_, we strive to keep our packaging & shipping costs low. We ship anywhere internationally for a single simple price:
- Rolled prints: £2.99
- Framed prints: £7.99
Orders for large numbers of multiple items may incur a higher charge.
Delivery times
Each piece of custom word art is printed to order and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Packaging
Our framed word art prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve and come with cardboard guards on each corner. Additional cardboard is then secured over the print surface to help minimise any breakages or damage in transit, before being shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.
Our unframed word art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. Extra small and small sizes may be shipped in an extra thick cardboard envelope, rather than rolled.
It’s extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. However, in the unlikely event that your personalised word art does arrive damaged, we’ll offer to refund or replace it.
Customs charges
Our foil typography prints are manufactured and shipped from our workshops in the US and UK, while our standard word art prints are made in our UK, EU, US and Australian workshops.
Please keep in mind that duties and taxes may apply if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside of these countries. These costs are not included in the final price at checkout.
Import duties and taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address, and you will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. mytype has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost of these charges, since these depend on the shipping destination.
